This is a course of gentle exercise for all ages where you will learn Part 1 of the Tai Chi for Arthritis program.

This course is not just for arthritis - its great for balance, co-ordination, muscular strength and concentration. You'll come away feeling invigorated and ready for the day ahead.

What to wear and what to bring?

You'll need to wear loose comfortable clothing and a good pair of socks. The training centre has rubber floor matting. Also its a good idea to bring along a drink bottle to stay hydrated.
