Sparring classes will improve your fitness level and skyrocket your general Taekwondo ability. I highly recommend sparring classes not only for learning how to spar but also for self protection. The intensity of sparring coupled with the technical aspects of self defence that we learn in general class is truly the best way to have the confidence in your ability to protect yourself in a real life situation.

Team Taekwondo has its own sparring scoring system to more realistically simulate tournament conditions at training - and it's great fun! These sessions are run about once a month at the regular Dragon Sparring times.
