Little Ninjas From 4-6 years Wednesdays at 4pm and Fridays at 10am Introduction to Taekwondo focussing on skill based games to help promote good motor skills and co-operation.
White Belt Juniors From 7 to 12 years Tuesdays at 4pm and Fridays at 4pm Students will generally stay in this class from 6-12 weeks and will then grade to the yellow belt junior class
Yellow Belt Juniors From 7 to 12 years Tuesdays at 5pm and Fridays at 5pm For students who have progressed from the White Belt classes
Blue Belt Juniors From 7 to 12 years Mondays at 4pm and Thursdays at 5pm For students who have progressed from the Yellow Belt classes
Red and Black Belt Juniors From 7 to 12 years Mondays at 5pm and Thursdays at 4pm For students who have progressed from the Blue Belt classes
White / Yellow / Blue Seniors A beginner to intermediate class 13 years + Mondays at 7.30pm and Thursdays at 6.15pm
Red and Black Belt Seniors Advanced class 13 years + Mondays 6.15pm and Thursdays 7.30pm
Day Classes All Belts, all Ages (except Little Ninjas) Tuesdays and Thursdays 10am
Bonus Class All Belts, all ages (Except Little Ninjas) Saturdays at 9.30am
Sparring 101 All belts all ages (except Little Ninjas) Saturdays at 8.30am Introduction to competition and grading sparring
Junior Sparring All belts 7 to 12 Years Wednesdays at 4.45pm For fitness and preparation for tournaments and gradings
Matchplay All belts, all ages (except Little Ninjas) Selected Fridays (about once a month) at 7.15pm Sparring competition simulation with judges, referees and scoring.
Fighting Fit All belts, all ages (except Little Ninjas) Fridays at 7.15pm A fitness based sparring class - without the full contact sparring.
Poomse All belts, all ages (except Little Ninjas). Wednesdays at 6.15pm and Saturdays at 10.30am For learning grading patterns and preparation for poomse tournaments.
Yong Muki All black belts for all styles welcome. Weapons training in Bo, Nunchuck and Kali Stick. Beginners Tuesdays at 6.15pm, Advanced Fridays at 6.15pm |
