Erin is a qualified P.T., a 4th Dan black belt in Taekwondo and has competed in multiple Outdoor Obstacle Races, Taekwondo Sparring Tournaments and even a Body Building competition.

Erin is also a mother of 3 and a business owner/operator. She understands the lives of busy people and is an expert in getting results quickly.
