Little Martial Arts

Ages 2/3 & 4/5/6

This program is specifically designed to engage our little ones with fun games, drills and exercises.

The aim is to develop motor skills, build confidence and get "school ready" with social interactions.

Ages 7+

Traditional weapons taught in a modern and exciting format.

Kali Kombat, Bo and Nun Chucks.

Taekwondo for Kids

Ages 7-11

A specialised absolute beginner program focussing on developing physical skills for fitness, wellbeing and self protection, as well as focussing on leadership qualities and personal responsibility.

Taekwondo for Teens/Adults

Ages 12+

A great way to get fit and achieve goals at the same time. 

Adults are usually "time poor" and teens need a path to focus on.

We make the best of both goals in these beginner to intermediate sessions.
