Yong Muki
This is a dynamic weapons program suitable for anyone over 7yo.
No previous martial arts experience required.
The program concentrates on 3 disciplines:
Nun Chucks, Bo, Kali.
Prices
The Yong Muki program is included FREE if you are already a current Taekwondo member.
Normal price $18 once a week or $25 for twice per week
